As well as delivering our UK & Maine projects, we are proud to work in partnership with Quora Ltd. Joint ventures of this nature allow us to broaden the range and mix of projects and deepen our knowledge, utilising additional skills and resources in the sectors in which we operate.
We have strong ties with retailers and vendors with whom we work, including retailers such as Sainsbury’s, Tesco and The Co-operative Group and vendors such as Taylor Wimpey, Persimmon Homes, Premier Inn, Scottish & Newcastle Pub Company and Punch Taverns.
We work in close partnership with our funders and have in place a tried and tested partnering arrangement with our equity investors and debt finance providers.
The agreements we have in place provide us with funds in excess of £5 million at our disposal.
