New town centre redevelopment, done in Joint Venture in the centre of Lewes, East Sussex. The demolition of the former Magistrates court and development of a new 62 bed Premier Inn Hotel above restaurant and retail units.

The demolition of a derelict 1920s art deco cinema and the development, in a sympathetic style, of a purpose-built Sainsbury’s Local Convenience store on a prominent, gateway site in Buckingham.

The development of fourteen new, luxury apartments in Harborne, Birmingham. The project saw the acquisition of a fire damaged pub on the High Street in Harborne and the construction of 14 one and two bed apartments.
