Our head office is conveniently located in the centre of Birmingham.

We operate in a number of different sectors and have a particular focus on the Retail, Leisure, Residential and Supported Living sectors.

Our experience of property development extends over 40 years and we work in partnership with other specialist property professionals who deliver ‘added value’ to our team.

With the added benefit of having substantial equity finance in place, we are perfectly positioned to assist our clients in realising the full potential from sites. Supporting this equity finance we have in place an agreed banking facility, providing upwards of £5 million of development finance.

Our principals, including our joint venture partners Quora Ltd, have worked within the industry as agents and advisers, planning and design consultants and as project managers. All have gained experience from working within teams at major, national and regional development companies including Alfred McAlpine, Carillion, Miller Developments and Henry Davidson Developments.

Our objective is to carry out efficient and effective property developments through identifying the right sites, in the right locations, working closely with our tenants and occupiers to deliver first class property investments.
